Do Educators Have a Boss?
I’m confused.
Who do we see as our boss?
The department head?
The principal?
The superintendent?
The school board?
The community?
Who?
Some may say students, but we don’t really answer to them.
If we did, we would give them what they want and not what we think they need.
So who is our actual boss?
